DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1; Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park
You will be picked by a K safaris Guide after an early morning breakfast (6:30 am), leave Kampala City, and depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Stopovers at the equator for simple experiments and photography, Bunyaruguru to view several Crater lakes and the great East African Rift valley with its sharp escarpments at Kyambura and Kichwamba. Queen Elizabeth NP is one of the outstanding treasures of Uganda and named after Queen Elizabeth II visit in 1954. It covers an area of 1978sq.km and is situated between two big lakes, Lake George and Lake Edward as well as the 34km long Kazinga channel. This journey offers you an opportunity to pass through the famous Ankole the Hima culture and the Long-horned cattle in the Mbarara-Masaka corridor, Lunch at Igongo Cultural Center the treasure of Ankole cultural Museum not forgetting great tea Estates in Bunyaruguru area home of the crater Lakes with great sceneries that are picturesque before reaching the park arriving late in the evening.

Day 2; Game drive and Boat cruise
After an early morning cup of tea/coffee with pastries. Our morning safari of Queen Elizabeth National park starts around 7:00 am. We depart for a sunrise game drive on the northerly parts of the park along the Kasenyi track. It is at this time that the Big Cats are active on their daily hunts. We will drive in search of Leopards, Lions, Hyenas, Uganda Kobs, Buffaloes, Elephants and other wildlife. There are several opportunities of watching several animals in their natural habitats but remember your guide has only two eyes he will need yours too to make the game drive interesting. Return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch you then set off for a 3 hour boat cruise on the Kazinga for solitary Buffalo, Hippo and other animals at the edge of the channel as they cool off. European migrant birds like the terns and gulls congregate here in large flocks. This is the Highlight of the trip as you wind up in memories of the trip as you retire.

Day 3; Drive back to Kampala.
After Breakfast, you will then drive back to Kampala. Lunch will be served en-route with a lot of sightseeing arriving later in the afternoon and the Guide will drive you to your Hotel say goodbye and that would mark the end of trip.
